CuttingMachineHQ is an independent guide site for home cutting machines: Silhouette Cameo and Portrait, Cricut Maker, Explore and Joy, and the vinyl, sticker paper and sublimation gear that goes with them.
How the guides are written. Software how-tos are built from the makers’ own manuals and help centers, written up step by step and labelled with the software version they describe. Machine comparisons are compiled from manufacturer specifications, published prices and long-running owner feedback. Every comparison says so, and we do not claim to have tested machines we have not used. If we ever test a machine ourselves, the page will say exactly what we did and show the photos. The full method is on How we compare.
Not affiliated. We are not sponsored by, or affiliated with, Silhouette America, Cricut, Brother, Sawgrass, Epson or any material brand. Product names belong to their owners.
Affiliate disclosure. Some links go to Amazon. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases, at no extra cost to you. That never changes what a guide recommends.
